The BPP focus is to achieve an additional 5% improvement in annual beef profit year on year within two years of joining the BPP.

A cluster of beef farmers (usually 10 -15) in the same area agree to meet regularly and work together  to improve beef profit productivity and business growth.

BPP farmers set individual key performance targets and take regular, objective and realistic measures. They meet at least every two months and usually they have an independent facilitator who provides ongoing support to BPP farmers.
