The New Zealand Kellogg Rural Leadership Programme develops emerging agribusiness leaders to help shape the future of New Zealand agribusiness and rural affairs with two intakes per year - one in January and one in June.
Through residential workshops, seminars, a group visit to Wellington and personal study over a six month period, up to 24 men and women who live and work in rural New Zealand meet to:
- develop solid leadership skills
- learn how political, cultural, social, economic and physical forces impact on New Zealand agribusiness; and
- establish networks with leaders from New Zealand and beyond.
