The SPP focus is to achieve an additional  5% improvement in annual sheep profit year on year within two years of joining the SPP.

A cluster of sheep farmers (usually 10 -15) in the same area agree to meet regularly and work together  to improve sheep profit productivity and business growth.

SPP farmers set individual key performance targets and take regular, objective and realistic measures. They meet at least every two months and usually. They have an independent facilitator who provides ongoing support to SPP farmers.
