Open to students who can maintain at least a B- average (Merit endorsement in NCEA) and are planning to begin their first year of study in an agriculture related degree.
Two scholarships of $20,000 are available each year to promising agriculture students starting their first year at university:
- $5,000 towards your Halls of Residence or Living Costs in your first year of uni;
- $5,000 towards your course fees for the remaining years of your undergraduate degree (up to a maximum of three years).
The programmes covered are a Bachelors of: Agriculture, Agricultural Science, Commerce (Agriculture), Viticulture and Oenology, AgriScience, AgriCommerce, Science (Agriculture or AgriTech), Management Studies (Agribusiness), Agribusiness and Food Marketing, Land and Property Management (Rural), Veterinary Science. All applications must be nominated by an FMG client.
